Accessibility

People call us on the worst day of their year. Nobody should have trouble reaching us because of how our website is built. If any part of this site doesn't work for you, call or text (972) 357-1931 and we'll help you directly.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These are the guidelines most widely used to make websites work for people with disabilities.

Other ways to reach us

Everything on this site can be handled by phone, at any hour, in English or Spanish. You can also text photos instead of filling out a form, or email us. If you need a page read to you or explained, just ask.

On the job

Tell us about mobility, hearing, vision or other needs when you call. We'll plan visits, updates and paperwork around them, including text-only communication or larger-print documents.

What we've done

  • Text and buttons use colors with strong contrast against their backgrounds.
  • Body text is set at a comfortable size and can be zoomed to 200% without losing content.
  • Pages use clear headings, so screen readers can jump between sections.
  • Images that carry meaning have text descriptions.
  • Menus, forms and buttons can be used with a keyboard.
  • Phone numbers are tap-to-call on mobile, and key safety steps are also written in Spanish.
  • Pages adjust to phones, tablets and large screens.

What we're still working on

  • Captions and transcripts for every video we add.
  • Some content comes from other companies, such as Google reviews and maps, and may not fully meet the same standard.
  • Documents from insurance companies aren't ours to edit, but we can walk you through them by phone.

We review the site regularly and fix problems as we find them.

Found something that doesn't work?

Tell us the page and what happened. We'll get back to you within two business days and help you get what you need in the meantime.
