These terms cover your use of this website and how you contact us. The actual restoration work is covered by the separate written agreement you sign before we start. If the two ever disagree, your signed agreement wins.
Using this site
This website is run by Best Option Restoration of Keller, 6521 Avalon Dr, Watauga, TX 76148. By using it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You can still call us at any time.
Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, sending spam or false requests, copying large parts of it, or using it for anything illegal.
Information on this site
The guides, timelines, safety tips and cost ranges on this site are general information. Every property and every loss is different, so they aren't a substitute for an on-site inspection, and they aren't legal, insurance, medical or engineering advice.
We work to keep the content accurate and current, but rules, standards and policies change. If something on the site matters to a decision you're making, ask us or the relevant agency to confirm it.
Inspections and pricing
- Our on-site inspection is free, with no obligation to hire us.
- Cost ranges on this site come from past local jobs. They're examples, not quotes or offers.
- Your price is set in a written scope after we inspect. Work starts only after you sign an agreement.
- If we find hidden damage once work begins, we document it and tell you before the scope changes.
Insurance claims
We document losses and can bill your insurance company directly, but we aren't your insurer and we aren't a public adjuster. Your insurance company decides what your policy covers.
- You're responsible for your deductible and for any work your policy doesn't cover, as set out in your signed agreement.
- Texas law doesn't allow contractors to pay, waive or rebate your deductible, and we never will.
- You choose your contractor. You're never required to use a company your insurer recommends.
Licensed work and partners
Some work must be done by separately licensed professionals. In Texas, mold projects of 25 contiguous square feet or more are performed by a TDLR-licensed mold remediation contractor, with the protocol written by an independent licensed assessor. Plumbing, electrical and HVAC work is done by state-licensed trades. We'll tell you who is doing each part of your job.
Response times
Our 60-minute arrival time and the drive times on this site are targets, not guarantees. Weather, traffic and big storms that hit the whole metro can slow us down. When you call, we'll give you a real arrival estimate.
Calls, forms and texts
Please give us accurate information when you contact us. Sending a form doesn't create a contract, and a form is never a substitute for calling 911 in an emergency.
By texting us or sharing your mobile number, you agree to receive texts about your request and your job. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Our content
The text, photos, videos, logos and design of this site belong to Best Option Restoration of Keller or the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to share links to our pages. Please don't copy or reuse our content without written permission.

We link to outside sites like Google, government agencies and industry groups because they're useful. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them.
